Rebranding Artwork for Town & Country Village
Asked to revitalize the brand identity of Town & Country Village, a California shopping centre, I used layered vector art to create a visual language that would evoke a sense of community and connection. As a freelance illustrator, I prioritized organic shapes and warm colour palettes to craft illustrations that successfully captured the essence of the local lifestyle and resonated with the target audience.

The Creative Process:

  • Concept Development: I began by researching the local community and understanding the desired brand attributes.

  • Sketching and Refinement: Rough sketches were created to establish the composition and basic elements of the illustration.

  • Digital Illustration: Using Adobe Illustrator, I carefully layered colours and shapes to achieve the desired depth and organic feel.

  • Colour Selection: A warm colour palette was chosen to evoke a sense of comfort and familiarity.
